Octoberfest Celebrations!
You don’t have to be of German heritage to enjoy
Octoberfest. But it doesn’t hurt to enjoy beer, pretzels, and maybe the
occasional polka. The festivities are already underway at the Bavarian Brathaus in Durham. This eight
week long festival includes live music on Friday and Saturdays and excellent
beer and German food all week long. Tickets are available online.
Bull City Burger and Brewery is also hosting an Octoberfest
celebration this Saturday, September 22nd from 4pm – 11pm. This
family friendly event features the fresh, local fare BCBB is known for as well
as their delicious brews. They are also hosting live music, children’s
