Cooking Classes at the Cookery and Southern Season

Perhaps your New Year’s Resolution was to cook more, or maybe you’re just looking for a few new dishes to mix into your cooking routine. Whatever the reason for expanding your culinary prowess the Cookery and A Southern Season’s Cooking School have many classes to help you learn new techniques and recipes.

Through February the Cookery is offering classes such as Making Fresh Brioche (January 10^th), The Wonderful World of Chocolate (January 19^th), and Sausage Making: The Basics of Grinding, Casing, and Cooking (February 11^th).

The Cooking School at A Southern Season hosts a wide variety of classes that let students learn the basics of making Southern cooking staples such as biscuits and cornbread, or how to master international cuisines such as a Thai and Turkish. There are also courses designed specifically for couples and girlfriend getaways.
