Through February the Cookery is offering classes such as Making Fresh Brioche (January 10th), The Wonderful World of Chocolate (January 19th), and Sausage Making: The Basics of Grinding, Casing, and Cooking (February 11th).The Cooking School at A Southern Season hosts a wide variety of classes that let students learn the basics of making Southern cooking staples such as biscuits and cornbread, or how to master international cuisines such as a Thai and Turkish. There are also courses designed specifically for couples and girlfriend getaways.
