DPAC gets more HAIR

Spring in full swing, and everything's growing in Durham...even the hair.

The eccentric rock musical HAIR takes over the Durham Performing Arts Center main stage May 10 -15. The production won the Tony for Best Musical Revival in 2009 and features some of the best musical hits from the 1960's including "Good Morning, Starshine," and "Aquarius."

The Public Theater’s exuberant musical about a group of young Americans searching for peace and love in a turbulent time resonates with audience members of all ages.

Burning fuel at the inn

As the weather gets warmer, the gas gets higher.

Gas prices are rising. Experts warn of pain at the pump and $5/gallon gas prices by the end of the summer. To relieve the pain at the gas pump for travelers, the Arrowhead Inn and bed and breakfasts across the United States and Canada are offering some great deals.

Kick some gas in North Carolina and stay at the Arrowhead Inn for a free picnic or gas card.

Spend two nights in the Arrowhead Inn B& B and arrive in any Hybrid and we’ll give you a $25 gas card. One promo per reservation OR Stay two nights and receive a free picnic feast for two ($50 value)

Valid for new reservations until June 6, 2011.  See our Current Specials for more info.
