Norman Rockwell is here in the Triangle!

If you haven't visited the North Carolina Museum of Art in the Raleigh area, Norman Rockwell has now given you the perfect excuse to check it out this holiday season.

Rockwell's work, which graced more than 323 covers of the The Saturday Evening Post for more than 45 years is now on exhibit at the NCMA through January 30, 2011.
"American Chronicle: The Art of Norman Rockwell" is a decade-by-decade exhibition of 40 pieces of original art, including the painter's famous "The Problem We All Live With" which depicted segregation in the South in the 1960's. The exhibition travels to 12 national venues through 2013.

And what goes better with art than a peaceful and relaxing stay at the Arrowhead Inn! The Arrowhead Inn offers unique, art, history and culture--not to mention fabulous breakfasts, only 30 minutes from the NCMA in Raleigh.

Stay with us for two nights and your visit with Norman Rockwell is on us! What better way to get away from all the stress of the holidays?
