Triangle Brewery Offers Free Tours & Beer in Durham

Triangle Brewing Company
918 Pearl St, Durham, NC
Free Tours Every Saturday
Gates Open at 1pm, Tour Starts at 1:30

Here at the Arrowhead Inn, we love hearing about small local businesses that are doing good things in Durham.  It just so happens that you can't get much smaller or more local than Triangle Brewing Company.

Located in an old warehouse in Eastern downtown, Triangle Brewing Company was started in 2007 by two amateur brewers turned professional.  Today, they boast only 3 employees (including the two owners) but brew nearly 1,000 barrels annually.  Triangle brews are available on tap locally and in limited bottled editions.

Spend a Saturday afternoon on a (free!) tour of the up and coming brewery and learn the process of beer making from start to finish.  You'll support local business and let's not forget the free samples of Belgian-inspired and American style beers you will get to taste along the way!  If the tour pleases your pallet, check out the events schedule and return for a night of local music and camaraderie.

Cheers!

Music on the Lawn presents
Chatham County Line at the
American Tobacco Campus
Friday, April 30th
6pm

Music on the Lawn is a spring and summer tradition at the American Tobacco Campus that is quickly rising in popularity among music lovers near and far.  Each summer, the outdoor concert area, located in downtown Durham, plays host to authentic musicians from NC and beyond.  We couldn't be happier to see such a great, locally inspired cultural event thriving in our city!

This year, the Music on the Lawn series is teaming up with North Carolina Public Radio's Back Porch Music program for a line up full of acoustic, bluegrass sounds.  The free concert series will kick off on April 30th with Chatham County Line, a Raleigh based group that approaches bluegrass with an infectious pop sensibility.

Start your evening off right with an early meal at our Durham Bed and Breakfast, and then head to the outdoor concert for an evening of southern sights and sounds.  Let us provide you with chairs to take along for the perfect seat on a warm spring evening.

Get acquainted with the artists coming to the American Tobacco Campus this summer by listening to the Back Porch Music program (WUNC 91.5 in the Triangle) on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 8pm to midnight.  It is sure to help you rediscover those deep seeded southern roots!
